Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Golden Network, Golden Mining, Golden DEX, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the platform if you do not agree.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining control of your Google account and device access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity. One person may not create, control, or automate multiple accounts to obtain an unfair benefit.

3. Platform Features

Golden Network may offer mining participation, wallet functions, referrals, asset transfers, deposits, Golden DEX balances, swaps, staking, and related tools. Features, availability, fees, limits, and eligibility rules may change as the platform develops. Some features may be displayed as coming soon and are not available until officially activated.

4. Digital Asset Risk

GLDN, GLDX, blockchain assets, and digital-asset services involve substantial risk. Prices, liquidity, availability, utility, rewards, and market value can change or may not develop as expected. Nothing on Golden Network is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No feature, token, reward, presale stage, or published price guarantees profit or future value.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts, emulators, automation, or other methods to manipulate mining, referrals, rewards, deposits, or account activity.
• Attempting to bypass limits, fees, access controls, or security checks.
• Submitting false transaction information, impersonating others, or interfering with the platform.
• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

6. Suspension and Enforcement

We may investigate suspicious activity and restrict, freeze, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the platform. We may preserve relevant records during an investigation.

7. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In, blockchain networks, wallet providers, payment networks, hosting providers, and social platforms are independent third-party services. Their availability and terms are outside Golden Network's control. You are responsible for reviewing their applicable terms and policies.

8. Changes and Contact
